Nic and Adrian met back in high school in Plant City. Both put in their time working the Publix warehouse in Lakeland — early mornings, heavy pallets, no shortcuts — before betting on themselves and launching Wash Force in 2023.

Adrian Ramirez
A first-generation Mexican-American who has lived in Florida his whole life, Adrian leads the team as COO with over 5 years in the exterior cleaning industry.
He's also a certified A/C technician with 5+ years in that trade before Wash Force — the kind of technical background that shows up in how precisely every job gets done.
Built the hard way
Wash Force started in 2023 with nothing but hustle — the early days meant hauling equipment in the back of a Toyota Corolla. Those days are behind us: today we run a full commercial setup — truck and a professional skid unit worth over $25,000 in the skid alone — serving residential and commercial clients across Central Florida.
As we've grown, we've been proud to create work opportunities for local friends and neighbors through 1099 contract roles. And we're not slowing down: we're expanding our team and services, and full-time field and sales positions are now open — apply on our Careers page.
