Lead Tech
You run the job. As Lead Tech you operate our commercial pressure washing and soft washing equipment, choose the right method and chemistry for every surface, and own quality from setup to the final walk-through with the customer.
- Operate surface cleaners, soft wash systems & our professional skid unit
- Lead jobs start to finish — setup, execution, breakdown, before & after photos
- Train and direct your support tech; keep equipment maintained and job-ready
- Represent Wash Force with customers — uniformed, on time, no shortcuts
- Experience with pressure washing / exterior cleaning strongly preferred; valid driver's license required
Tech in Training / Support Tech
No experience? Bring the work ethic and we'll teach you the trade. You'll assist the Lead Tech on every job while learning surfaces, methods, chemistry and equipment — a direct path to running your own jobs at Lead Tech pay.
- Assist with setup, spraying, rinsing, detailing & cleanup
- Learn soft washing, surface cleaning & equipment care hands-on
- Physical, outdoor work in Florida weather — you'll earn every shower
- Reliability, attention to detail & a good attitude required
Sales Representative
Your earnings match your effort — no cap, no ceiling. After completing our sales training, you'll generate business through a mix of door-to-door canvassing in Central Florida neighborhoods and cold calling residential and commercial prospects.
- Prospect door-to-door and by phone; qualify leads and book estimates
- Pitch a service people can see the value of — before & afters do the talking
- Follow up, close, and hand off to a crew that makes you look good
- Full training provided — scripts, shadowing, and a proven process
- Self-motivated, resilient, great with people; sales experience a plus, not a requirement
