Yes. We use industry-approved techniques — high pressure only where the surface calls for it, and low-pressure soft washing for roofs, screens, and delicate surfaces. Our equipment and methods are designed to clean thoroughly without causing damage.

Landscaping protection is built into every roof soft wash we do:

• We pre-soak plants, grass and beds around the house with fresh water before any solution is applied.
• Downspouts are bagged or diverted so runoff doesn't dump into your beds.
• A crew member keeps rinsing surrounding vegetation throughout the job.
• When we're done, everything gets a final heavy rinse plus a neutralizing treatment.

Roof soft washing uses a diluted sodium hypochlorite solution (the industry-standard algaecide) applied at low pressure — it kills the algae and bacteria staining your roof without blasting the surface. Afterward, we apply a bleach neutralizer around treated areas: it chemically breaks down any residual solution in runoff or overspray so it can't harm grass, plants or soil. Combined with heavy water dilution, it's how we leave your roof clean and your landscaping exactly the way we found it.
