Terms & Service Agreement

01 Services Provided

Wash Force agrees to perform the exterior cleaning services described in your quote or invoice, which may include:

• Washing of exterior surfaces — including driveways, sidewalks, building exteriors, roofs, windows, screen enclosures, gutters, solar panels, and dumpster pads
• Debris and waste removal from the cleaning area
• Application of environmentally friendly cleaning solutions where necessary
• A final inspection to ensure cleanliness and your satisfaction

02 Scope of Work

The specific details of your service — the areas to be cleaned and the frequency of cleaning — are outlined in the schedule, quote, or invoice that accompanies this agreement. If it isn't listed there, it isn't included; if you'd like something added, just ask before or during the visit.

03 Term & Cancellation

This agreement begins on the date specified in your quote or invoice. Either of us may end the agreement at any time with written notice at least 3 days before the desired end date, giving both sides time to wrap up cleanly.

04 Payment Terms

The total fee is the amount agreed in your quote or invoice. Payment is due upon completion of each visit. We accept:

• Credit / debit card
• ACH bank transfer
• Cashier's check
• Cash

05 Liability

Wash Force carries general liability insurance and takes responsibility for damages or injuries resulting from the cleaning services we provide — with one exception: roof cleaning.

Roof cleaning involves inherent risks that no contractor can fully eliminate. By scheduling a roof cleaning, you acknowledge those risks and agree that Wash Force is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from roof cleaning services, and you agree to hold Wash Force harmless from claims related to them. All other services are performed at the client's own risk as described in this agreement.

06 Compliance with Local Regulations

You agree to ensure the areas we clean comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Wash Force is not responsible for violations arising from the pre-existing condition of the property being serviced.

07 Entire Agreement

This agreement is the entire understanding between you and Wash Force regarding these services, and it supersedes any prior agreements on the same subject, written or spoken.
